Tonight (December 22), Eva Simons won the award for 538 Best Female Pop at Radio 538′s Jingle Ball. Eva was also nominated for ‘538 Dance’ but lost to Afrojack.

Eva Simons responded to her win on Twitter by tweeting:

At the start of 2012, Eva Simons released her debut single (on Interscope Records) “I Don’t Like You” and followed it up with her Drum & Bass second single, “Renegade” – as well as remix EPs for both singles. “I Don’t Like You” managed to top Billboard’s “Dance/Club Play” chart and now “I Don’t Like You” reached #29 in the Top 50 of Billboard’s “Best of 2012: Dance/Club Songs”.

As well as this, Eva Simons also ranked #23 on the “Best of 2012: Dance/Club Artists”. Congratulations, Eva!
